The things worth saying plainly
- Counts are always free
- Every padlocked section publishes its totals to everybody: how many risks a board carries and how many it scores 15 or above, how many contracts it awarded and for how much, how many land titles it holds. You can see exactly what you are not getting, and how much of it there is, before you pay.
- Nothing here is ours
- Every document is the body’s own, published under a duty to publish it, and every record links back to where it came from. What a subscription buys is the history, which is the part that disappears when a body takes the old version down.
- A finding is never sold
- Which documents a body is expected to publish and has not is free, on every profile, to everybody. Putting that behind a wall would be selling the accountability rather than the archive.
Buying for a team?
A subscription is for one person. For several people in one organisation, or to pay by invoice or purchase order, tell us what you need and we will come back to you. The data licence and the security statement answer the questions a procurement team usually asks first.
