Tell us the organisation, roughly how many people need access, and whether you need to pay by invoice or purchase order. We will reply with what we can offer.
- Something in the record is wrong
- A paper attributed to the wrong body, a name misread from a register of interests, a meeting date that never happened. Tell us the reference shown on the page and what it should say. These are the ones we act on fastest, because the whole product rests on the record being right.
- You are the body we are writing about
- We publish material public bodies have already published themselves, and we link back to the original every time. If something here misrepresents you, or you would rather we collected it differently, say so and a person will read it.
- Your account, billing or access
- Subscriptions, invoices and cancellations are all in your account settings, but if something there does not do what you expect, this address reaches us.
- Buying for a team
- A subscription is for one person. For several people in one organisation, or to pay by invoice or purchase order, say how many people and we will come back to you.
- Anything else
- Research questions, data requests, press. Same address.
