A key focus of the role was to integrate financial and quality concerns which resulted in the development of the Intensive Support program. Her experience across multiple organisations has given her an in depth understanding and appreciation of the challenge of sustained improvement in health care. Sue has been CEO and subsequently Chair of Aqua, an NHS improvement organisation since 2021. Sue is committed to working with integrity and openness in improving services for our local communities.
