    Chair

    Crishni has significant experience of leadership at senior level. In addition to chairing NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB since its establishment, she has many years of experience as a Chair of Community and Mental Health Trusts in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. She also has local knowledge of Coventry and Warwickshire, having lived and worked in the area over many years including as a Non-Executive Director at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. With a focus on improving our workforce, Crishni chairs the NHS Midlands Regional People Board, which oversees the implementation of the People Plan in the Midlands Region and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

  • Aman Gill-Knobbs

    Non-Executive Member with Responsibility for Audit

    Aman is a Director of Operations at Aston University. Aman started her career as a finance professional, working in various senior finance roles as a qualified accountant. Aman has worked in the higher education sector for 25 years and is passionate about Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, having achieved the Bronze Award for the Race Equality Charter and supported the achievement of the Athena Swan Gold Award at Aston University. Alongside her non-executive role in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, Aman is also an non-executive director for a Midlands-based housing association and a governor at a local academy trust.

  • Becky Hale

    Partner Member - Warwickshire County Council (Executive Director for Social Care and Health)

    Becky has 25 years' experience working in social care and health starting her career in children’s social services before moving into adult services and then various shared roles with local NHS partners. Becky started her most recent role of Executive Director for Social Care and Health with Warwickshire County Council in January 2024 and has responsibility for Public Health, Adult Social Care and Health and Care Commissioning. Becky is actively engaged with the Association of Directors of Adult Services (ADASS) regionally leading the network focused on supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.

    Joint Non-Executive Member (Remuneration)

    David has had an extensive career encompassing roles in operational and in HR management, in central government, and in blue chip private sector companies, and as a management consultant. For the last 20 years David has held senior international HR Director roles at Heineken NV, and Johnson Matthey plc. David holds non-executive director positions external to the NHS, and mentors senior leaders across different sectors.

  • Dr Kathryn Cobain

    Joint Chief Nursing Officer

    Kathryn has been the Chief Nursing Officer at the Integrated Care Board since May 2022. Kathryn’s professional background is in general nursing and public health, being dual registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and UK Public Health Register. She was previously the Director of Public Health for Worcestershire. Kathryn is passionate about promoting health and wellbeing and providing equal opportunities.

  • Dr Will Taylor

    Joint Chief Medical Officer

    Dr Will Taylor, who lives in Bromsgrove, has been a GP partner in South Birmingham since 2007. Before joining the Board, Dr Taylor was the Clinical Chair of Birmingham and Solihull CCG, a role he had held since February 2021. He began his commissioning career as the Contracting Lead for University Hospitals Birmingham at NHS Birmingham CrossCity CCG. During this time, Dr Taylor also helped to set up a large super-partnership ‘at scale’ general practice organisation and served on its board until 2018. Following the merger and the creation of NHS Birmingham and Solihull CCG in 2018, Dr Taylor was appointed as the Clinical Director of Integration, covering primary care, community care, urgent care and long-term conditions, until he was appointed Deputy Chief Medical Officer.

  • Gail Quinton

    Joint Non-Executive Member (Strategic Commissioning and Population Health Management)

    Gail has substantial public sector experience of partnership working and leading complex change at local, sub and regional level in relation to services for children, adults, families and communities. Her interest in Prevention and Population Health Management has been sharpened through a number of chief officer roles in a range of diverse local authorities. Prior to retirement Gail was Deputy Chief Executive for Coventry City Council. She has also lived in, or worked across, all four local authority areas that the board serves.

  • Mark Dutton

    Joint Chief Finance Officer

    Mark is a qualified accountant and has worked in the NHS since 1998, having started his career in Birmingham health services before moving to the Worcestershire area in 2004. Mark held senior finance positions in several NHS organisations before becoming the Chief Finance Officer for South Worcestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) in 2012, later perfoming this role for all CCGs in Herefordshire and Worcestershire and the merged Herefordshire and Worcestershire CCG, which became NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire in July 2022. Mark has been the senior finance lead on several local programmes and projects, including the Malvern Community Hospital new build. Mark lives in Stourport with his wife and children.

  • Mary Mumvuri MBE

    Partner Member, NHS Foundation Trusts (Acting Chief Executive of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust)

    Mary Mumvuri became Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust’s acting Chief Executive Officer in August 2025. Mary is the Integrated Care Board Member who fulfils the requirement of the Act to have a board member who has knowledge and experience in connection with services relating to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of mental illness. Mary is a registered Mental Health Nurse by background and has extensive knowledge and experience of leading mental health services. She has worked in senior nursing leadership and quality governance roles across several Trusts in London and East of England. She joined CWPT from Kent and Medway NHS Social Care Partnership Trust, where she spent five and a half years as Executive Director of Nursing, Allied Health Professionals and Quality. In addition to her Chief Nursing Officer role, Mary is seconded to the Care Quality Commission as their National Professional Advisor for Mental Health Nursing. Mary has a keen interest in improving quality of care as well as developing, enabling, and supporting staff to provide the best care possible. Her values of inclusivity, fairness, transparency, and equality have shaped her leadership approach. RMN, MSc Mental Health Studies, MSc Health Management, Nye Bevan Executive Leadership Award.

  • Pete Fahy MBE

    Partner Member - Coventry City Council (Director of Adult Services and Housing)

    Pete has been working for Coventry City Council since 1997 and has been DASS since October 2015. Prior to this he held a series of senior management roles within social care across provider services, safeguarding and commissioning. As well as DASS Pete has been responsible for Emergency Planning and Resilience since 2017 and Housing and Homelessness since 2021. Since 2024 the Public Health function also comes under Pete although he is not the DPH. Prior to working in social care Pete was a Human Resources professional and made the switch to social care in 2003 to make a more direct impact on improving outcomes for the people of Coventry. In addition to his role with the City Council, Pete holds the following positions: Pete has a first degree and two postgraduate diplomas, and was awarded an MBE for Services to Local Government and Vulnerable People in 2022. In his spare time Pete likes to go for a run.

  • Prof. Andy Hardy

    Partner Member, NHS Foundation Trusts (Chief Executive Officer, University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust)

    Andy is Chief Executive Officer of University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW), one of the largest tertiary acute Trusts in the country, with an annual turnover in excess of £850m. Andy was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2010. For the six years prior to that he was Chief Finance Officer of UHCW, as well as Deputy Chief Executive Officer from 2008-2010. In addition, Andy sits on a number of boards including the following: West Midlands Academic Health Service Network, Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), Warwick Business School Faculty Advisory Board and NHS Elect, Beamtree Global Impact Committee and is Chair of the University Hospitals Association. In January 2016 Andy was appointed Professor of Industry at the University of Warwick and in 2022 awarded the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Business Administration at Coventry University in recognition of his leadership and significant contribution to healthcare provision across Coventry and Warwickshire. In addition to his Chief Executive Officer role, Andy was appointed as Senior Responsible Officer of the Coventry & Warwickshire STP Footprint in March 2016. A position he held until July 2021. Andy is also a Director of Albany Theatre Trust, Coventry, and a Trustee of ExtraCare.

  • Rachel Hardy

    Joint Non-Executive Member (Resources and Strategic Finance)

    Rachel has over 35 years’ experience within the NHS, with board level experience leading strategic change, financial and change management in complex health businesses at an organisational, regional, and national level. She has also been successful in developing a business specialising in developing financial strategy in complex systems, development and coaching for senior directors individually and in teams, teaching and developing academic and research work. Rachel is passionate about improving health for people. In addition to her non-executive member role at the ICB, Rachel is also a non-executive director at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust.

  • Simon Trickett

    Chief Executive Officer

    Simon was previously the Chief Executive of NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) a role he had held since 2018. Prior to that, Simon was Chief Executive of the four CCGs across the two counties and has also held Board roles in previous local NHS provider and commissioning organisations. Simon led the local health and care system response in Herefordshire and Worcestershire throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, most recently leading the vaccination programme that saw the local area consistently achieve some of the highest uptake and vaccination rates across the country. Before starting his NHS career in 2008, Simon held a number of senior local government roles both locally and in the West Midlands region. More latterly, he has also worked closely with the University to progress the development of the Three Counties Medical School, which was recently given the go ahead by the General Medical Council to begin recruiting students to start their studies next year.   • Vicky Morris

    Joint Non-Executive Member (Quality and Patient Involvement)

    Vicky Morris is a registered nurse who qualified at Guys Hospital in London in 1987. She has had a career in nursing for over 30 years, and held Director of Nursing/Chief Nurse posts in a number of acute trusts before retiring from executive roles. Vicky is passionate about quality and safety improvement and care provision across the system, particularly the experience of care and outcomes across the Integrated Care System. In addition to her non-executive role in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, she is also a Non-Executive Director for a cancer specialist trust in Wales.
