    Chair

    In this role, Jackie also chairs the Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust (DGT) and works closely with the local Integrated Care System, where she leads the Health & Care Partnership Board. In addition to her NHS leadership roles, Jackie was appointed Chair of Crohn's & Colitis UK in May 2022, continuing her commitment to improving health and wellbeing across communities.

    Dr Tom Clark

    Interim Chief Executive Officer

    A Consultant in Geriatric and Stroke Medicine, Tom brings a wealth of clinical experience alongside a strong passion for improving patient outcomes. Prior to joining DGT, he held a number of senior medical leadership roles, most recently as Deputy Medical Director at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust . As Interim Chief Executive, Tom is committed to supporting colleagues and leading the Trust through its Journey to Outstanding , with a strong emphasis on compassionate leadership, clinical excellence and teamwork. He also serves as the Executive Sponsor for the CDC and has been consistently and closely involved with the project.

  • Andrea Ashman

    Chief People Officer

    Andrea joined Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust in September 2024, bringing with her an impressive track record from East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. Since 2017, Andrea had been a pivotal figure there, starting as Deputy Director of Human Resources before stepping up as Chief People Officer in 2019. Her dedication and passion for her work made her a natural fit for leading our People Directorate. We are excited to have her on board and confident that she will be instrumental in driving our people-focused initiatives forward.

  • David Ruiz-Celada

    Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer

    David joined the Trust in June 2026 as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. Originally from Barcelona and an aeronautical engineer by training, David now lives in Kent and joins the Trust from SECAmb after a decade of working in the aviation industry. With a focus on operations planning and management, logistics and improvement, David has worked across airlines and air handing operators in Spain and most recently at London City Airport since 2014 where he was previously Director of Operations Strategy and Planning. This role saw him work in a number of key areas including developing forecasting and modelling capability within the airport and delivering a number of improvement initiatives using technology and process changes to increase capacity.

    Interim Chief Nursing Officer

    Diane (Di) Gambrell is the Interim Chief Nursing Officer of Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust , having taken up the role in June 2025 . As Interim Chief Nurse, Di provides professional leadership for nursing and midwifery across the Trust, with a strong focus on high‑quality patient care, safety, and supporting the nursing workforce.

  • Guy Dentith

    Chief Finance Officer

    Guy joined DGT in September 2022. Previously, he was the Deputy Finance Director at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust and in 2021 was announced as Deputy Finance Director of the Year at the HFMA National Healthcare Finance Awards. Guy said: “ I am very proud to be joining DGT at such an important time. My goal as incoming CFO is to support the organisation as they look to deliver its five-year strategy and place the Trust on a sustainable financial footing as it travels through its Journey to Outstanding ”.

  • Lee Martin

    Interim Chief Operating Officer

    Lee joined the Trust in April 2026, bringing extensive senior leadership experience from within the NHS and internationally. His previous roles include Chief Delivery Officer for Kent and Medway ICB, a number of Chief Operating Officer role's and Deputy Director General spanning over 20 years leading clinical services and transformation of organisations. He has also been a Collaborative Director for regional and national improvement programmes and the lead for the Clinical Innovation Agency in Australia. Lee holds an MSc in Innovation and Service Management and has qualifications in Management, Training and Development, Education, Counselling, and Emergency Management. Lee has extensive emergency management experience and has led organisations as the responsible officer for emergency management including planning health responses for major events, VIPs, heads of state and royal tours. Lee studied leadership and change at Harvard University, has completed the NHS Top Leaders programme, the Military Strategic Leadership programme and is a qualified executive coach, and counsellor. Lee is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a Fellow of the chartered Management Institute.

  • Prof. Seshadri Sriprasad

    Interim Chief Medical Officer

    Professor Seshadri (Sri) Sriprasad is the Interim Chief Medical Officer of Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust , having taken up the role in May 2026 . He has been a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Darent Valley Hospital since 2005 . Professor Sriprasad has led the development of key specialist services at the Trust, including the Dartford Stone Centre and a one‑stop cancer diagnostic centre , and introduced advanced treatments for kidney stone disease and kidney cancer. He specialises in kidney cancer and stone disease . A nationally recognised clinical leader, he has held senior roles with the British Association of Urological Surgeons and received the John Anderson Award for his contribution to Urology. He is also a Professor of Urology at Canterbury Christ Church University , with a strong track record in education, research and clinical leadership.

    Tori is a member of the Executive Team and the Trust Board and strongly believes in empowerment, multidisciplinary working and continuous quality improvement. When you feel part of something, you have the permission and tools to do the right thing, the opportunities are endless and delivery of outstanding care for patients is possible.

  • Chris Gonde

    Associate Non-Executive Director

    Chris is currently a Principal Liver Transplant Scientist at the Liver Unit of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where he is also a Workforce Race Equality Standard Expert. He has previously been an Associate Non-Executive Director for South East Coast Ambulance Service, and was previously an elected Councillor for Southwark and a Non-Executive Director for the London Mutual Credit Union.

    David was appointed to the Board on 1 January 2021, as one of our Non-Executive Directors and Chair of our Audit Committee. David is an accomplished Chief Finance Officer having worked in Financial Services, predominately for the UK businesses of large Global Financial Institutions and he brings a wealth of experience and extensive senior leadership qualities to the role. David is a qualified accountant and Corporate Treasurer specialising in enhancing financial performance, strategy, and governance, together with empowering and coaching teams.

  • Helen Wiseman

    Non-Executive Director

    Helen brings over 20 years of governance and finance, audit and risk committee experience for a wide variety of organisations. Helen is a non-executive director and a group and regional audit committee chair of Bid Corporation which operates a foodservice business in 35 countries. Helen is also a director of SFI Health, an Australian headquartered international natural healthcare company and chairs the Canterbury Cathedral Audit and Risk Committee. In 2019, Helen completed the INSEAD Centre for Corporate Governance Certified International Director program and is the President of the INSEAD International Directors Network. Helen is a former KPMG Australia partner, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She is also a professionally qualified Executive Coach and facilitates group coaching and leadership programs globally. Helen grew up locally and went to Manchester University where she graduated BSc European Studies. Helen later obtained a BSc in Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland. She is a 2014 Westpac and Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence and appeared in the 2010 American Express Enriched List, reflecting Helen's passion for helping people and organisations achieve their goals more smartly, more enjoyably and with greater impact. Helen enjoys travel, gym and pilates.

    Non-Executive Director

    Chief Information Officer at Saga PLC where he was a member of the Executive Leadership team and led the technology, cyber and change functions. Additionally he has been a “30% club” mentor, an Industry Board Member and curriculum adviser at the University of Kent and has worked with local companies in Kent to improve student employability in the technology space.

    Stephen was the Interim Blood Supply Main Board Director for NHSBT until June 2022, having previously run his own consultancy business. Prior to this he was a Regional Operations Director for Alliance Healthcare and held a range of roles across P&G including as Supply Network Operations Director, Global Customer Service and Logistics Director and as Integrated Business Planning and Supply Network Design Director, and was the global logistics Director for P&G's business with Tesco.
